The first step towards obtaining a new driver’s licence begins with acquiring a provisional entitlement, this is done by completing the D2 & D4 forms. The D2 is a general information form to be completed by the candidate, the D4 form must be completed by a Doctor. Once both forms have been completed the forms must be sent to the following address:

DRIVER & VEHICLE LICENSING AGENCY
The DVLA will send the licence back with the provisional entitlement. Two theory tests, The Hazard Perception & The Case Studies, must now be completed. These can be booked via the DVSA or alternatively through WMTT directly.
